About The Festival
Now in its third year, the Neurum Creek Music Festival is a local acoustic music camping weekend held at Neurum Creek Bush Retreat in September each year.
The festival aims to provide an atmosphere of community and inclusion for the south-east corner of Queensland by showcasing the established and up and coming talents of this corner of the world, as well as featuring acts from around Australia (and at times the rest of the world!)
The venue for the the festival is the Neurum Creek Bush Retreat, an idyllic campground with birds, butterflies, mountain tracks, twin gorges and a beautiful creek running throughout. Check out the retreat at www.ncbr.com.au
The festival runs its own bar, selling beer, wine, cider, soft drinks and the now famous mulled wine. The stage and bar area incorporate a magnificent old tree, atmospherically lit at night. There are some picnic tables, but you may wish to bring your own chair or picnic blanket for the concerts.
The festival is a wonderful weekend of fun, friendship, music and laughter.
