SATURDAY 4:00PM

The Red Hill Boys are a group of performers from Red Hill Folk Club who got together to perform songs that are fun to sing and great to sing along to.

If you like full-bodied singing, driving rhythms, beautiful harmonies and great stories, then you’ll love the Red Hill Boys.

Their repertoire includes folk, country, Americana and Celtic, and covers traditional songs as well songs from the more recent past. Their light-hearted, boisterous approach brings a freshness to old favourites, breathes life into murder ballads, puts steam back into train songs, and puts the tears back into country ballads.

Brad Jones (guitar/vocals), Jim Toner (mandolin/harmonica), Lawrie White (guitar/vocals), Ross Roche (banjo/vocals) and Warren Freeman (guitar/vocals), have all been around the folk and country music scenes for more years than they care to reveal, and love nothing better than bringing the great music of our past back to life.
